LEGAL NOTICE

A Public Hearing will be held before the Town of Bristol Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., in the Bristol Town Hall, 6740 County Road 32, Canandaigua, New York 14424, to consider the following applications:

Todd and Kristina Battle, 6330 Montanye Road, Tax Map: 124.00-2-8.113: The applicant is requesting two Area Variances to the provisions contained in the Town of Bristol Zoning Ordinance: 1) Chapter 350-27 E. for a proposed accessory building with a size of greater than 1000 square feet.  2) Chapter 350-27 I., (1) for a building height of greater than 18 feet for said accessory building.

Joseph and Aime Preston, 4432 State Route 64, Tax Map: 124.19-1-14.120: The applicant is requesting a Use Variance to the provisions contained in the Town of Bristol Zoning Ordinance: Chapter 350-45 to allow for a structure, which was permitted in 2011, to be transformed into a single-family residence.

The Bristol Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at said time and place to hear all persons in support of, or having objections to, the above application.
